"Tis the Season

Well maybe not quite. I try to wait until the beginning of December before I get too Christmasy.( I'm hearing snorts of disbelief from my family over that one!)

I've been good this year though.

I've only had my Christmas music on a few times and I try to do that when no one is home.

It's almost time though.

I'm going to start with these.

The outdoor decorations are going up in the next two days and, unless something unexpected comes up, I'll be baking up a storm on Saturday!

There will be Christmas music.

Even if it's not quite December. . .

I did the same thing.....bought some christmasy mugs at the grocery store. Nothing else is up yet, though.

Have to go to Vancouver Island for today and tomorrow to work on making points tidy. Becky's coming with. Wish I could go with my sisters instead :)

I have had my decorations up since just after halloween. So don't feel to bad. I love this time of year, i don't like the cold, but i love the beauty of the snow, and of course all the lights etc.

I'm getting mine out a little at a time. After the living room was painted green, that brought me into the Xmas mood. So I've had Xmas stuff on the mantle for weeks. Now I'll do more. Starting today.

No decorations yet; all the Thanksgiving stuff is still out. New puppy here, so I'm not sure a tree will make it until Dec 25. Enjoy your holiday! Turn the music up!

Yay!
Thanksgiving is finally passed and the Christmas decorations can come out!!
Too bad we're going away for a week so it'll have to wait but after that there's no stopping me!
Have fun and keep me inspired with your ideas!

Those glasses are SO fun. Great little touch.

The kids and I are going to get our tree today while hubby works. It's our first real one in over 10 years, so I'm pretty excited.

I can't wait to see more of your decorations and what you decide to bake!

Nola reminded me about the puppy. We have a 6 month old Jack Russell and I'm praying he doesn't decide to pee on the tree. Wouldn't that be special?
