More Fall Gardening And A Little Spookifying

I've got just a second to post as Henry and I are working on the big garden project by the light of both a floodlight and a flashlight.

I've been sent in the house to make coffee. (tea for me)

My mom came over today and helped me clean out the garden. It was a beautiful day and they are calling for two more days of above seasonal temperatures so. . .

I've got to garden while I can!

While mom worked in the garden, I did a little spookifying.

Although it's hard to tell, I have bats and spiders hanging from the webs.

What do you think?

Ooooh, I love the spooky effect. All those webs remind me of the ones in the corners of my living room!

I love it Rosa! And I love it even more that mom is in there like a dirty shirt, don't you? :)

I just wanted to tell you I thoroughly enjoy your blog! I'm a fellow DUtch mom in Ontario and found your link via someone else's blog. In the last few weeks I have read it from start to finish, like a novel, and always couldn't wait to see what happens next.
I hope you don't mind, and I loved your cinnamon bread recipe:)

I think it's great your mom is so close to help you.
Love the spookiness.
We just put up some little scarecrows in the front garden to add some colour. We live to far out in the country to expect any little ones for the 31st.

Nola: That's I got the webs from. the corners of MY living room! lol
Marian: What a lovely thing to say! Im glad the cinnamon bread worked out for you. :)
Tam: Yes I do.
Marie: We get very few trick or treaters here as most kids go to the mall. I'm hoping to get a few more this year!

We'll be sure to stop by!

I love the way the blue lights shine through the webs. It's a nice effect.
