I have finished all my projects!
Well. . . maybe not all. . .
There are still a few dishes in the sink, the bathroom didn't get scrubbed and poor Henry ended up with a sandwich for supper (which he had to make himself!), but I did get this done. . .
Some family baking.
I love this cinnamon bread!
Cupcakes for tommorows potluck. I got a little carried away with the food colouring! It's been a long time since I've used them. They are professional colours that I got from my dad when he was still in the bakery and they are very potent. . .
Here is the link for the video I used to make these. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9qtZwHHmx4&feature=related
Here's my finished apron!
It was great fun to make. There was a lot of hand sewing involved, which is why I finished so late.
It's also a bit big for me because I copied it from my thrift store apron and I couldn't figure out how to make it smaller.
Ah well. . . that leaves room for growth.
This is the back.
Jesse (my youngest) said this apron is totally me.
What could be better?
Well, I had better go finish up my dishes before I have a last cup of tea (decaf), and a piece of cinnamon loaf.
Goodnight.
